IT is always a factor in the projects we undertake and often includes specifying new systems or supporting the development of existing ones. We can also help Clients who have in-house developed systems to enhance them to meet the needs of modern businesses. Our skills extend to the development of software in areas where our consultancy skills are needed to understand the problem and come up with a solution.

Our IT skills are also regularly used to support our Consultancy activities in analysing supply chain operations and we have developed a number of processes to help speed up and make analysis more interactive. In this way more productive time can be spent on the ‘what-if’ analysis which is where the real value is obtained.
