Part of our high success rate comes from offering workshop attendance and coaching that doesn’t expire after just a few months. We’ll engage with your terminated employees quickly, and follow through to support them to successful employment in a new position—for up to one year from termination. Outplacement clients have the added benefit of networking in group sessions with clients who are currently working in a wide range of industries.
